2. Service Activation
Upon successful registration and subscription:
- Your account will be activated immediately
- You will receive a confirmation email with login credentials
- Access to the RankQ dashboard and features will be granted based on your selected plan
- Activation typically occurs within minutes of payment confirmation
3. Free Trial Period
New users receive a 7-day free trial:
- Trial begins immediately upon registration
- Full access to features based on the selected trial plan
- No payment information is required to start the trial
- When the trial ends, some features are limited until you choose a paid plan; you are not charged automatically
4. Service Access
RankQ is accessible:

- From any device with internet access and a modern web browser
- No software installation or downloads required
5. Service Delivery Timeline
Analysis and Reports:
- Website crawl and analysis: Few minutes after URL submission
- Keyword suggestions: Generated within 5 minutes
- Performance reports: Updated on request
- Custom analysis requests: On request
6. Technical Requirements
To use RankQ, you need:
- Stable internet connection
- Modern web browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge - latest versions)
- JavaScript enabled
- Cookies enabled for authentication
7. Service Limitations
Service delivery is subject to:
- Your subscription plan limits (for example but not limited to number of projects, keywords, reports, number of users)
- System maintenance windows (scheduled during low-traffic periods)
- Third-party service availability (DataForSEO and other providers)
- Compliance with our Terms and Conditions and Acceptable Use Policy
8. Support and Onboarding
We provide:
- Email support: support@rankq.ai, with initial responses within 4, 8, or 24 business hours depending on severity, as set out in our Service Level Agreement
- Documentation and tutorials accessible through your dashboard
- Onboarding assistance for Strategist and Quant plans
- Technical support during business hours (Monday-Friday, 10 AM - 6 PM IST)
9. Service Updates and Maintenance
We continuously improve RankQ:
- New features and updates are deployed automatically
- No action required from you to receive updates
- Scheduled maintenance is announced 48 hours in advance via email
- Emergency maintenance may occur without notice but will be communicated promptly
10. Data Processing and Delivery
Your submitted data (URLs, keywords, ad budgets, and campaign settings) is:
- Processed on secure servers in Singapore and India
- Analyzed using an AI relevance check, quantum-inspired optimization, and third-party search data
- Results delivered through your RankQ dashboard
- Exportable in CSV, PDF, and other formats based on your plan
11. Service Interruptions
While we strive for maximum uptime:
- Temporary service interruptions may occur due to maintenance, upgrades, or technical issues
- We will notify you of planned downtime via email
- Critical issues will be resolved as quickly as possible
- Support response targets are set out in our Service Level Agreement; uptime is not guaranteed unless specified in a separate written Enterprise agreement
12. Changes to Service Delivery
We reserve the right to modify our service delivery methods, features, or procedures with reasonable notice. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the platform.
